Lois Watkins, Rocky Mount City Council Member Ward 4, presented a very informative community meeting with ElectriCities spokesman and Rocky Mount City personnel.  The focus was the history of Rocky Mount as a Public Power and how to make your lightbills lower.  Curmilus Dancy, The Political Agitator videotaped the event and will have it on his TV Channel shortly.
