This morning (Wed Mar 25) many ratepayers were prepared to address the Board of Commissioners: Only 4 actually were able to speak, and then we were given only 2 minutes.  Please see the next post to see a copy of our statement that was submitted in the official record.  We also submitted a list of questions for this Board to answer.  Some of these questions came from The Rocky Mount Telegram message board (comments); others came from emails and phone conversations.
