1. Mt electric and gas bills are outrageous. I am very disappointed in our local officials, because I have seen nothing about their efforts to reduce this burden on their constituents. All I ever read in the papers is how much we can expect in the way of an increase. Do Our politicians want everyone to leave Rocky Mount? Something is very wrong with this picture. I sincerely hope there is at least one representative of the people who will make this problem their priority, and if this public cry for help is ignored, I would expect there request for a vote at election time be ignored.
