when do the board of directors for ElectriCities meet?
has anybody stopped to look at this. 3 Mile Island happened in 1979, we didn’t sign into ElectriCities until Sept 28, 1981. They knew the cost of nuke power plants before they got into the agreement. In fact, Federal Regulation had already come down on nuke plants. So it should have been no mystery.
