Monday night the Citizens for Fair Utilities plans to present the Rocky Mount City Council with a Resolution to make May “Utilities Awareness Month”.

Please be advised that there actually “may” be a problem with presenting the Council the Resolution on Monday night. It is our understanding that we would have had to have the issue in the agenda by April 6.  That did not happen, so we may have to officially present the Resolution at the 4th Monday session.
