We received a letter from Ken Raber, Senior Vice President of Electricities dated April 21, 2009.  We actually got this letter the same day as the NCEMPA meeting on April 22.  In the letter, Raber states he had conferred with council regarding our request and pursuant to the Public Records Laws we are invited to come to the Raleigh Corp. office to view any documents we wish to view.

I’m wondering why it took 28 days for ElectriCities to basically say, “ if you want’em come get’em”.

We will scan and post the actual letter to this website.  Raber also enclosed the November letter sent to Andre Knight when Knight addressed ElectriCities with over 25 cost cutting strategies.  We will also scan those pages also.
