It took a month for Ken Raber to respond to our original letter asking for this specific information.  In the end, we’re told that if we want it … we can come and get it.  The telephone conversation Raber is referring to is my telephone call giving him my address to send this info.  In fact, Raber said, “I’m glad you called because this request has been sitting on my desk and I have no address to reply to”.  That was 3 days after we asked for it, and Raber said he would get it together.  Since then, I guess he put the ElectriCities attorneys to work on figuring a way out.
