The City of Statesville launched a new website that is easier, friendlier, and choc full of information.  But, Electricities paid more than half of the $31,000 to fund the project from a grant to the City. 

My question is: what the Hell is Electricities doing in the grant business in the first place?  I think if ElectriCities has extra money to spare it could be used more wisely than redesigning a website.  Maybe a little price reduction?
