On an interesting note, we didn’t cover this on the show, but it certainly is a good topic. The Senate almost took away the right of the NC Ins. Commissioner to regulate insurance rates in NC (they through it out after it was noticed). And, Sen Approps passes the budget without debate. —Isn’t it wonderful when you can make everyone happy at the same time?
