We have been talking about PCS care for several days now and the incompetence of the HSS Secretary Lanier Cansler.  We told you Cansler was targeting small local PCS to take them out of business by any means necessary.  We also told you that HHS was trying to do away with PCS altogether. We’ve been tracking the short session of the NCGA to see what they had planed: well here it is.
