This particular article isn’t about OIC.  It comes from The Honolulu Star-Advertiser, one of the States two major papers.  It describes, in very real terms, the struggle to find ways to reach out to more at-risk youth.  –These are concepts OIC has been using for years and has become very successful at building trust and respect amount troubled teens.  Instead of trying to tear OIC apart, why not help build it up?
