Despite internal attempts to discredit the Chair of the North Carolina Democratic Party—and despite the media onslaught of perpetual ridicule, Randy Voller worked behind the scenes to get the North Carolina Democratic Party in a better position.

Voller worked to develop a dialog with Republican leadership when it was beneficial.  Bipartisan cooperation works as both parties face budget problems in lieu of tax check offs.
