Jean Farmer-Butterfield, who serves Pitt and Wilson counties, will serve as the vice chair on the Health Committee during the 2015 NCGA legislative session.
She has also been selected by the Dem Caucus, along with Rep. Verla Insko, to serve in a leadership role on health and human services issues.
Farmer-Butterfield serves this 2015 session on the Appropriations, Health and Human Services, Education, Judiciary, Local Government and Pensions Retirement committees.
