The defense attorney representing Johnathan Broyhill asked for a mistrial this morning – the second such motion in as many days.  This time over potential juror misconduct of talking about the case outside of the Court.

Juror #1 was replaced by alternate #1 when it was learned that that juror was discussing the trail with his wife – who was streaming the content at work.

Nation Hahn is scheduled to take the stand under cross exam this afternoon.
