Newsom lost me with this one.  Yes, we all want to feed the world and make it free of starvation.  We want to do good deeds: recycle, etc.  But, maybe – just maybe – we need to start at home by making sure the average person in the US … you know, the legal ones who typically pay taxes and buy stuff from the money they makes from their jobs – yeah, those folks.  Maybe they should be first in line for a healthcare mandate and then, if there’s money left over.  Well, have at it, Newsom.
