California is one of the hardest hit Covid areas, but many counties allow their gyms to be open. The beaches are open – whether they’re suppose to be or not – and people are not social distancing or wearing a mask in the numbers needed to slow the curve.

So what’s the deal? I have some ideas, but I’d be called a conspiracy theorist.
