I’m rather sick and tired of having to communicate in other ways because Facebook finds it necessary to police my post or language. In this case it was the choice of a gender pronoun. It was a meme that made mention of Lia Thomas and it was pretty funny. Funny because it’s true.
I should not have a right to tell you what to think. But, in the same vein, Facebook should not have a right to curb my free speech and right to an opinion that may be different from their political correctness.
I understand Facebook is a private company. But, did they not build themselves into a communication platform where individuals have the ability to engage with others in dialog and banter-and at times disagree?
