The Tom Betts interview on 99.3 The Dave Perkins Show. –Betts talked about firing Rocky Mount Police Chief John Manley, but Betts failed to mention Sheriff Jenkins because Tom Betts is on Jenkins Re-elect finance committee.  (forward to 41.:55 on to catch comments)

Too much manpower used to catch speeders –not enough manpower used toward major crimes.
