It was a bad bill from the start. And, I’ve said so many time on a few different radio stations this week across NC. Although I never mentioned the “Constitutionality” of HB 2, I did state that North Carolina, with a 3.5 Billion deficit doesn’t need to spend money on litigating this matter. Yes, there are 26 other states…let them spend the money.
This bill, if that’s the best the Republicans can do for NC, was riddled with “untended consequences”. The post below was posted about a week ago, hopefully, you had a chance to take a look at the language of the bill. In a nutshell, it sucked!
